The hotel was a great choice for

Our family vacation, especially the access to the water park which kept the kids entertained. The evening entertainment was fantastic too, though finding a seat could be challenging due to the size of the venue.

Food was great, a lot of options to choose from. Pizza not so good but why eat pizza when you have fish and other better and healtier options 😊

I would like to have fresh, natural juice options as well.

The mattresses are in very bad condition. The springs protruded everywhere.

The complimentary access to the adjacent waterpark is a game changer for families! I had a blast zooming down the saltwater slides and relaxing in the kiddie pools, there's something for everyone, from the littles to the big kids! Plus, the diverse food options at the buffet, especially the grilled fish, were so delicious that I couldn't stop going back for more!

The waterpark was right outside of the hotel and the beach was also very close. Black sandy beaches & lots of opportunites to do water activities avaliable right on the beach. Our balcony, attached to our room, was very large & came with a table, chairs & a towel drying rack. The buffet served kid friendly food along with food for adults. Beer, mixed drink, soda & water were free!

When I booked it said 2 rooms, but unless you count the bathroom as a second room, then I didn't get what was said. The tub backed up water a couple of times that didn't smell good. The cleaning crew wasn't very thourough either. Someone on a balcony higher than us broke glass and it bounced down to our balcony. I called the frontdesk to have them come & send someone to clean it up & waited over 2 hours before I just went out and took the maid's broom & dustpan and cleaned it up myself.

We went to see canada de los gatos and Amadores Beach nearby. Just a walk down to the restaurant Atlantic Cafe. We liked staying at paradise lago taurito.

We had a fantastic week! The food was diverse and fresh, and the waterpark access was a huge hit with the kids. The only downside was the cold pool, but we managed to have fun anyway. Would definitely return!

Hotel fulfil all our expectations. Very good for families with children, good food, good services. Come back next year.

Bathroom needs renovation. Cleaning was sometimes not complete.

Children friendly environment, many possibilities for spending of time for families with children in hotel and also in Taurito.

The family room was spacious enough for five, complete with a fine sea view, made mornings brighter. Access to the waterpark was a huge plus, with various slides that provided plenty of thrills for the kids, ensuring they stayed entertained all day.

Food variety was a letdown-breakfast was a monotonous repeat every day, leading to some bland meals that didn't excite anyone. The all-inclusive arrangement felt misleading, especially since many drinks and snacks in the waterpark weren't included, pretty frustrating. Evening entertainment often turned the atmosphere into a raucous scene, leaving little room for relaxation. The terrace lights also stayed on way too long.

Fabulous hotel, all of the staff where very good and energetic, amazing location away from the entertainment & arcades. We got bright and immaculate room with a magnificent view, a drink, for instance. Location: the property was so close to the night club, beach and water, and the all inclusive bars. The food they offered was decent, had a good choice of meals...

Complimentary access to the waterpark was fantastic!

The breakfast options were painfully repetitive, with no variety at all. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness standards, especially in the shared areas. The entertainment at night was excessively loud.

The family room was super spacious, perfect for our crew and had great views. The waterpark was really fun for the kids, and the buffet had fresh options that were nice. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. The beach was just a quick walk away, a bonus for us! It was a nice family getaway with good weather too.
